AUSTIN SPURS CRAZY GOOD CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Limit one Entry (defined below) per person.
2. The “CRAZY GOOD CONTEST” (“Contest”) is designed to give Austin Spurs (“Spurs”) fans the chance to win the various on-court prizes during an Spurs game.
3. By participating in this Contest, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the Spurs’ decisions, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Contest.
4. The Contest Period commences on March 17, 2022 at 6:30 PM Central Standard Time (“CST”) and ends at the end of the first quarter of Austin Spurs gameplay (Austin Spurs vs. Birmingham Squadron) on March 17, 2022. All Entries submitted before or after Contest Period will be disqualified.
5. Entries will be accepted for the duration of the Contest Period using the following method: Enter by visiting the registration table located outside of Section 122 on the main concourse at the HEB Center at Cedar Park . Then, complete the information required to become an “Entrant” and for a chance to win.
6. All Entrants must provide accurate contact information including, but not limited to, first name, last name, email address, and seat location. Submitting this information accurately along with this signed Official Rules page constitutes an Entry ( “Entry”).
7. Completion of an Entry signifies Entrant’s acceptance of receiving sales solicitations from Spurs D-League, L.L.C., a Texas limited liability company, d/b/a Spurs Sports & Entertainment and its affiliated entities ("SS&E").
8. Entrants will be chosen at random for a chance to compete in the CRAZY GOOD CONTEST (“Game”). If selected, Entrant shall sign a waiver to participate in the Game. Entrant’s successful participation in the Game, as judged by SS&E in their sole discretion, will earn a Prize (“Prize”) and will be deemed a Contest Winner. All determinations of Contest Winners by SS&E are final. Contest Winners will be contacted by in-person follow-up by a Spurs staff member or any other reasonable method deemed appropriate by SS&E within ten (10) minutes following selection.
9. After selection and verification of eligibility, Contest Winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and other documentation required by the SS&E within a reasonable amount of time, as determined by the SS&E in its sole discretion.
10. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible Entries received. Any Prize not claimed will be forfeited. In the event an Entrant cannot be contacted within ten (10) minutes of announcement of the Game, claim the opportunity to win the Prize, or is ineligible to win the Prize, an alternate Contest Winner will be selected from all eligible entries received at random within one (1) minute of the original Prize Winner being ruled ineligible. This process will be repeated until an alternate Contest Winners can be contacted and deemed eligible to claim the Prizes.
11. The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States only. This Contest is only open to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees, immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children) and persons affiliated with SS&E and its Member Teams, their parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, are not eligible to enter or win. Contest void where prohibited. Contest and the Official Rules will be governed, construed, and interpreted under Texas law.
12. By entering, Entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify SS&E, and any and all of its affiliates, and the NBA and its Member Teams and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees, agents and owners (the "Released Parties") against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of either (i) Entrant's participation; or (ii) the receipt or use of the Prize awarded in the Contest. The Released Parties accept no responsibility for an Entrant failing to receive the Prize.
13. Prize are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-assignable, and are not subject to exchange. No substitute prizes will be awarded and Prize may not be exchanged for cash. Prize consists only of item specifically listed as part of the Prize.
14. By submitting an Entry, Entrant grants the Released Parties the right to exhibit, record, reproduce, broadcast, transmit, publish, sell, distribute, perform, use and re-use, for any purpose, in any manner, without further notification, authorization or compensation to Entrant or anyone on Entrant’s behalf, Entrant’s name, nickname, voice, biographical information, photograph, and/or other likeness, and any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or other record of my participation in the Game (or any part or parts) however captured, for any purpose (including, without limitation, for advertising, sales, promotional and/or any other commercial purposes), in any media or format now or hereafter known, worldwide and in perpetuity, without further compensation, authorization or notification to Entrant or anyone on Entrant’s behalf.
15. All decisions as to the selection of Contest Winners and Contest rules and interpretations are exclusively within the sole discretion of SS&E and the NBA G-League and may be changed from time to time without notice or recourse. Prize is awarded "AS IS" and "WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND," express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
16. By submitting an Entry or accepting a Prize, all Entrants release the Released Parties from any liability whatsoever and waiving any and all causes of action related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this promotion or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any Prize (including any type or manner of costs or damages), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty, or any other theory.
17. Entrants that violate the Official Rules are subject to disqualification from participation in the Contest or claiming or using a Prize. Any such decision is in the sole discretion of SS&E. The potential Contest Winner may be required to execute a Release of Liability and Waiver within a reasonable amount of time of attempted notification.
18. If a Prize Winner is unable to claim his/her chance for a Prize within the timeframe set out herein, such chance will be forfeited entirely and the Contest Winner will forfeit any and all rights to the Prizes. SS&E reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value than the Prize.
19. The Austin Spurs are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of this Contest or in the announcement of Prize.
20. For a printed copy of the Contest Winner results or a copy of the Official Rules, send a stamped, self-addressed, business-size envelope to "CRAZY GOOD CONTEST, Austin Spurs, 1717 Scottsdale Drive, Suite 155, Leander, TX 78641.”
